The wine cellar
Our red and white wines, like Vitovska, Malvasia, Glera, Terrano, recall the scents of the Karst. The traditions of wine producers from Collio and Grave del Friuli and the wines from Slovenia.
The restaurant "Antica Ghiacceretta" offers also a wide selection of Italian wines, French Champagne, Prosecco or sparkling wines Franciacorta.

Pinot GrigioVino dal colore giallo paglierino intenso, all'olfatto è fragrante, intenso e complesso, con sentori di fiori di campo. Al palato è fine, fresco, sapido, armonico e schietto.
Si abbina con: Affettati, pesce,carni bianche
La VitovskaVino secco fresco dal profumo fruttato, con sentore di pera William. Il colore è giallo paglierino chiaro, il sapore leggermente acidulo e sapido, buon corpo.
Si abbina con: Antipasti magri e di pesce
